Job DescriptionJob Opportunity: Maintenance Position – BangorDo you know your way around tools, enjoy staying busy, and take pride in keeping things running smoothly? We’re looking for a reliable Maintenance Technician to help care for our properties, equipment, and fleet.What You’ll DoNo two days are exactly the same! Responsibilities include:
- General property maintenance, cleaning, and organization
- Groundskeeping tasks including snow removal and lawn care
- Operating power tools and assisting with basic mechanical work
- Light carpentry, plumbing, and residential electrical work (a plus!)
- Moving and maintaining company vehicles and equipment
- Picking up and delivering parts and customer units locally
- General janitorial duties and auto detailing
- Pitching in with other tasks as needed throughout the day
What We’re Looking For
- A motivated, dependable person with a strong work ethic
- Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
- Basic mechanical knowledge and comfort using power tools
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor with customers
- Willingness to learn—we’re happy to train the right person
