Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Verification Engineer to support the testing and validation of complex electromechanical products. This role is ideal for someone with strong systems thinking, hands-on verification experience, and the ability to work across hardware, software, and mechanical components.
You will play a key role in ensuring product performance by developing and executing structured verification and validation plans throughout the product lifecycle.
Verification Engineer Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute verification and testing strategies across component, subsystem, and system levels
- Translate system and customer requirements into structured test plans and clear pass/fail criteria
- Create and maintain verification and integration plans for complex products
- Coordinate testing activities across multiple teams and engineering functions
- Ensure traceability between requirements, test cases, and results
- Review test outcomes, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions
- Support root cause analysis and troubleshooting of system-level issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams throughout development and testing
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Experience with requirements-based verification or V-model development
- Strong background in testing integrated hardware, software, and mechanical systems
- Familiarity with requirements and traceability tools such as DOORS, Polarion, Jama, or PLM systems
- Solid understanding of system verification, testing methodologies, and engineering best practices
- Experience working with electromechanical products required
- HVAC or building automation experience is a plus
