Your Responsibilities

  1. Respond promptly to buyer inquiries and lead opportunities.
  2. Conduct buyer and seller consultations.

  4. Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, listing contracts, and related documents.
  5. Stay informed on local market conditions and pricing strategies.
  6. Maintain consistent communication and follow-up within the CRM.
  7. Host property showings and open houses.
  8. Deliver a high-level client experience from the first conversation through closing.

Position Details

Type: Independent Contractor (1099)

Schedule: Flexible schedule with availability to respond to lead opportunities, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Compensation: Commission-based with significant earning potential.
