Hiring: Technical Program / Project Manager (Data Engineering)

We are looking for an experienced Technical Program/Project Manager with a strong background in Data Engineering to lead and drive enterprise-scale data initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Data Engineering and Analytics programs.
- Manage cross-functional teams including Data Engineers, Architects, QA, and Business Stakeholders.
- Drive project planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Oversee cloud data modernization, migration, and transformation initiatives.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of Project/Program Management experience.
- Strong understanding of modern Data Engineering ecosystems.
- Experience working with Snowflake, Databricks, or similar cloud data platforms.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
