Certified Apartment Staffing is seeking an experienced Community Manager for a beautiful apartment community in St. Petersburg, FL 33711. We are looking for a strong leader with a proven background in affordable housing and tax credit compliance.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of Community Manager experience in the multifamily industry
Tax Credit (LIHTC) experience is required
Proficiency with Yardi property management software
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Experience overseeing daily property operations, leasing, resident relations, budgeting, and staff management
Knowledge of Fair Housing guidelines and affordable housing compliance
Responsibilities:
Oversee all day-to-day community operations
Ensure compliance with LIHTC and company policies
Manage leasing performance, occupancy, and resident retention
Supervise and support onsite team members
Monitor budgets, expenses, and property performance
Maintain excellent customer service and resident satisfaction
