Mobile, AL: Flexicrew Technical Services (FTS) is seeking a dependable and motivated Lead Termite Tech to join a crew responsible for treating properties with Termite Bond Spray. This is a field-based, full-time role with room for advancement into leadership or administrative functions. All training is provided, and growth within the company is encouraged.
Hours:
7:30 AM to 3:30/4:00 PM, Monday–Friday
(Some flexibility may be required based on job sites.)
Essential Duties:
• Work as part of a crew to treat residential and commercial properties using Termite Bond Spray (non-harsh chemicals).
• Digging, leveling, and preparing sites for treatment.
• Load and unload equipment and supplies daily.
• Support annual customer renewals for termite bonds.
• Collaborate with foremen and team members to ensure accurate application.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environments.
• Communicate clearly with customers and teammates.
• Learn the business with potential for involvement in a new division.
Requirements/Skills:
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions.
• Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately (down to 1/16”).
• Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork mindset.
• Prior construction, pest control, or labor experience a plus but not required.
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Standing, bending, and kneeling for extended periods.
• Comfortable working outdoors in heat, humidity, and rain as needed.
• Manual dexterity for handling tools and small equipment.
