Pay: $17.50 - $22, based on experience
Schedule: M-Thurs 6:30am-3:30pm, Fri 6:30am-12:30p

We're hiring a Quality Technician for a growing manufacturing company. This role is ideal for someone with quality control experience who enjoys inspections, problem-solving, and ensuring products meet customer and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections
• Complete quality documentation and inspection records
  • CARC Logs, FAI documentation and other related quality records
• Investigate quality issues and support corrective actions
• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications
• Use measuring tools such as calipers, gauges, and micrometers
• Assist with testing/evaluating of coating and paint-related issues
• Communicate quality concerns with production teams
• Support process improvements and quality initiatives

Qualifications

• Manufacturing quality control experience preferred
• Experience with first article inspections, spec interpretation/compliance, and former QC background preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Proficient with precision measuring tools
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
