We’re hiring a SailPoint Developer to join our client’s Identity & Access Management (IAM) group in the financial services industry, located in Pittsburgh, PA.

What You'll Do:
\n
- \n
- Design and implement workflows for provisioning, approvals, certifications, remediation, and governance
- Build custom SailPoint rules using BeanShell and Java
- Develop plugins and custom extensions
- Configure IdentityIQ applications, integrations, lifecycle events, and access request processes
- Implement complex SOD policies and related automation
- Support policy evaluation, violation handling, lookback analysis, and remediation
- Configure auditing and build custom audit and operational reports
- Write and optimize SQL queries for reporting, reconciliation, and troubleshooting
- Troubleshoot workflow, provisioning, integration, and performance issues
- Participate in testing, code reviews, deployment, and production support
- Follow Git and SSB development and deployment practices
- Produce technical and operational documentation

What You Bring:
\n
- \n
- 5-6+ years of hands-on SailPoint IdentityIQ development experience (senior-level roles)
- Strong experience with workflows, rules, plugins, lifecycle events, provisioning, and approvals
- Proficiency in Java, BeanShell, XML, and the SailPoint IdentityIQ APIs
- Experience with IdentityIQ 8.x or later
- Knowledge of SailPoint auditing and audit data
- Experience building custom reports and dashboards
- Strong SQL and database troubleshooting skills
- Experience with Git and SSB-based development or deployment processes
- Experience troubleshooting integrations and production issues
- Solid understanding of identity lifecycle management and access governance
- Background in financial services or other large, highly regulated organizations
- Ability to work independently in a project-based environment
- Strong communication and documentation skills
