About the Role
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Janitorial Workers to help maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment within a large, modern data center facility. This position involves routine cleaning of offices, common areas, restrooms, and operational spaces, along with occasional outdoor cleaning duties.

Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain office areas, breakrooms, hallways, and common spaces.
- Sweep, mop, dust, and sanitize facility surfaces.
- Clean and disinfect restrooms, including sinks, toilets, mirrors, and floors.
- Collect and dispose of trash and recyclable materials throughout the facility.
- Support floor care activities and general housekeeping tasks.
- Perform occasional outdoor trash collection and light exterior cleaning.
- Follow all safety procedures and site cleanliness standards.
- Properly use janitorial equipment, cleaning products, and supplies.
- Assist with special cleaning projects and overtime assignments as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months experience in janitorial, housekeeping, warehouse, manufacturing, food service, or general labor roles.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical work throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Willingness to work 2nd shift and overtime as required.
Preferred Experience
- Floor care and custodial experience.
- Experience working in large facilities or industrial environments.
- Comfortable working in a data center or construction-adjacent setting.
- Strong focus on safety and quality standards.
Work Environment
- Large, newly built data center facility.
- Indoor work with occasional outdoor cleaning responsibilities.
- Active work environment that may include nearby construction activity.
- Steel-toe or composite-toe boots required.
- Frequent walking, lifting, bending, and movement throughout the facility.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mount Pleasant, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
