Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
This role focuses on performing maintenance, installations, and repairs across the facility as part of a collaborative maintenance team. You will support a construction-style maintenance environment, ensuring equipment operates safely and efficiently while minimizing downtime.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical equipment and systems throughout the facility.
- Work closely with the maintenance team to complete construction-style maintenance projects and equipment installations.
- Perform electrical troubleshooting on systems including 480V, three-phase power, motors, and control circuits.
- Diagnose and repair issues involving hydraulics and pneumatics to keep equipment operating reliably.
- Carry out preventive maintenance tasks on electrical and mechanical systems to reduce unplanned downtime.
- Perform HVAC-related maintenance and repairs as needed to support facility operations.
- Document maintenance activities and communicate equipment status and issues to the team.
- Follow safety procedures and best practices when working on electrical and mechanical systems both inside and outside the facility.
Essential Skills
- Hands-on experience as a maintenance technician or maintenance electrician.
- Strong electrical troubleshooting skills, including work with 480V and three-phase systems.
- Proficiency in installing, maintaining, and repairing motors and electrical components.
- Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems in an industrial or facility setting.
- Ability to perform preventive maintenance on a variety of electrical and mechanical equipment.
- HVAC maintenance and repair experience.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a maintenance team in a construction-style maintenance environment.
- Strong focus on safety when working on electrical and mechanical systems.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience working in a non-climate-controlled industrial or facility environment.
- Comfort working both indoors and outdoors around the facility.
- Ability to adapt to varying tasks, from installations to repairs and ongoing maintenance.
- Willingness to work different shifts, including first and second shift schedules.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ashland City, TN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
