<p>The Kamson Corporation, a Top-tier National Property Management Company,, is seeking an experienced and professional Leasing Consultant for our community in West Palm Beach, Florida</p>
<p>Position Requirements:</p>
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 1+ years of experience in apartment leasing and office management</li>
<li>Strong customer service orientation</li>
<li>Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Experience with I Love Leasing, YARDI, and LRO is a plus</li>
</ul>
<p>Key Responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>Manage the entire leasing process, from initial contact through application submission to Corporate</li>
<li>Respond to telephone and email inquiries professionally and promptly</li>
<li>Tour and present apartments to prospective residents</li>
<li>Conduct walk-throughs of vacant, ready-to-rent units</li>
<li>Support additional leasing and office management duties as needed</li>
</ul>
