Position: Corepack Tester / Repair OperatorLocation: Bartlett Hours: 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM (Must be able to work until 2:00 AM)Pay: $20.00 / hour
PERFECT FOR MECHANICALLY INCLINED CANDIDATES
Prerequisites:Must pass entry test at 70%Previous experience with working with mass spectrometer and visually inspecting parts PREFERED but not requiredExperience using finger sander, metal files, hammer, and common hand toolsGood English: Must be able to read technical English, speak, and understand English wellSafety-oriented / Quality-oriented / Punctual and reliable, good attendance / Good attitude
Key Responsibilities:-Check condition of rubber seals and determine if replacement is necessary.-Operate automated machines: load and unload parts and monitor machine operation for equipment malfunctions.-Notify personnel and supervisor of equipment issues or malfunctions.-Perform quality inspections on coolant ports and vent ports to ensure no weld spatters are present. Rework any weld spatters found.-Visually inspect components for flex and use a finger sander to make repairs as needed.-Use compressed air to blow out excess water.-Complete complicated quality recording forms for Underwater test station.
