We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager with strong business analysis and requirements management skills to support enterprise modernization projects involving customer-facing systems and operational workflows.
\n
Responsibilities:
\n
• Lead business and technical requirements gathering, documentation, traceability, and change control.
\n
• Manage epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlogs in Azure DevOps.
\n
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and analyze current and future-state processes.
\n
• Support Agile delivery, schedule integration, and cross-functional coordination.
\n
• Coordinate test planning, UAT, defect triage, and operational readiness.
\n
• Track risks, issues, and dependencies; prepare executive reports and status updates.
\n
Required qualifications:
\n
• Strong experience in IT project delivery and hands-on business analysis.
\n
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps requirements management.
\n
• Agile/Scrum/SAFe delivery experience.
\n
• Experience with integrations, data migration, and business process improvement.
\n
• Excellent stakeholder communication and facilitation skills.
\n
Preferred: Project management/business analysis certifications and public-sector procurement or RFP experience.
\n
Eligibility and availability:
\n
• Current Washington State residents only.
\n
• U.S. Citizens or Green Card holders only.
\n
• Available for 40 hours weekly during Pacific business hours.
\n
• Able to attend frequent in-person meetings in Seattle and occasional visits across Puget Sound.
\n
• Available to start October 15, 2026, or shortly thereafter.
\n
