About the Role
As a Project Management Specialist, you'll play a key role in supporting requirements management, validation and verification activities, and problem report tracking for the 777X Mechanical and Hydraulic Systems team. Your efforts will help ensure accuracy, compliance, and seamless coordination across engineering and program teams, directly contributing to the success of critical aerospace initiatives.
Position Details
- Location: Everett, WA
- Job Type: Full-Time Consultant
- Duration: 12 Months
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
- Pay Rate: Starting at $52.22 per hour
What You'll Do
In this highly collaborative role, you will:
- Support implementation and maintenance of system requirements
- Perform impact analyses for requirement changes and PRS updates
- Manage, track, and facilitate the resolution of Problem Reports (PRS)
- Ensure proper prioritization, documentation, and closure of issues
- Establish and maintain requirements structures, attributes, and linking strategies
- Own and support the end-to-end requirements management process
- Develop, maintain, and update DOORS modules
- Support validation and verification activities for mechanical and hydraulic systems
- Conduct quality checks and requirements reviews to ensure consistency and compliance
- Collaborate with systems, design, test, certification, and program teams
- Maintain project documentation, databases, and tracking tools to support program objectives
What You BringRequired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and typically 6+ years of related experience, or Master's degree with 4+ years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience working with databases and data management tools
- Familiarity with project coordination, requirements management, or related business processes
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficiency with standard business and productivity tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with requirements management systems, such as DOORS
- Background supporting engineering, aerospace, manufacturing, or technical programs
- Familiarity with validation and verification processes
- Experience managing issue tracking systems and problem reports
- Knowledge of configuration management principles
- Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams

Pay Details: $52.22 per hour
