Are you a versatile technician who takes pride in keeping properties running flawlessly? Campito Properties is seeking a reliable, skilled Commercial Facilities Maintenance Technician to oversee the repair and maintenance of our commercial office environments and light industrial properties.

This is a stable, strictly commercial and light industrial role (not residential). If you have a strong working knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, and basic electrical, and you enjoy a dynamic workday where you move between locations in a company-provided vehicle, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine repairs and preventative maintenance across all aspects of commercial office buildings and light industrial facilities.
• Troubleshoot and handle basic troubleshooting and fixes for commercial plumbing, electrical, and carpentry needs.
• Respond promptly to facility maintenance requests to ensure operations run smoothly and safely.
• Diagnose building issues and determine the most efficient method of repair.
• Maintain an organized inventory of tools and maintenance supplies in the company vehicle.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Proven experience in commercial facility maintenance, property management maintenance, or a versatile construction/handyman background.
• Core Skill Sets: Strong working knowledge and basic hands-on skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and overall building operations.
• Communication: Excellent people and communication skills. You will be interacting directly with our valued tenants and customers, helping maintain high service expectations.
• Requirements: * Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required to operate the company vehicle).
• • Ability to work independently, manage your daily schedule, and problem-solve on the fly.
  • Physical ability to lift, climb ladders, and perform standard maintenance labor.
