Pay: $27–$32 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

We’re looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician who takes pride in quality work and excellent resident service. In this role, you’ll handle service requests, preventive maintenance, apartment turns, and repairs that keep the community safe, functional, and looking its best.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and complete apartment maintenance service requests
• Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and water-heater issues
• Perform drywall, painting, carpentry, flooring, lock, and general building repairs
• Complete apartment turns and make-ready work
• Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance
• Maintain buildings, common areas, amenities, and grounds
• Document completed work and monitor maintenance supplies
• Communicate professionally with residents, vendors, and team members
• Participate in a rotating after-hours emergency on-call schedule
• Follow company safety procedures and report potential hazards

What You’ll Bring

• At least 2 years of apartment maintenance
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, drywall, painting, and carpentry
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to complete repairs independently
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Dependability, professionalism, and attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• High school diploma or GED
