Ogden & Company, Inc. is looking for a Light Construction Technician to support our growing workload.
We are looking for someone with hands-on experience in the following areas:
- Window and door installation and repair
- Tile work
- Cabinet installation
- Flooring installation (LVP, laminate, etc.)
- Drywall repair and finishing
- Interior painting
This role will focus on residential and light-commercial maintenance and construction projects, so versatility and the ability to work independently are important.
Key expectations:
- Strong problem-solving skills in the field
- Ability to manage a job from start to finish with minimal oversight
- Professional communication with clients when on-site
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Experience with Quality workmanship, efficiency, and attention to detail, as well as alignment with our team-focused approach.
