Broker Associate

We are looking for a licensed Broker Associate who wants to expand both their personal production and leadership influence while earning rewarding commissions. This opportunity is designed for an experienced real estate professional who enjoys mentoring agents, sharing knowledge, and helping create a productive, collaborative office culture while continuing to grow their own business.
In this role, you will remain active in your real estate business while supporting agent development through coaching, accountability, and hands-on guidance. You will help newer and experienced agents strengthen their prospecting, client communication, negotiations, and business planning while encouraging consistent habits that lead to long-term success. At the same time, you will continue building your own production with the support of proven systems, coaching, and collaborative leadership.

Compensation:
$160,000 at plan commissions
Responsibilities:
- Create training materials for new real estate agents and provide training to ensure their performance aligns with the team standards
- Work with the leadership team on retention programs for agent retention
- Assist with marketing materials for agents and creative online and social media promotion to increase real estate sales
- Oversee all operational responsibilities of your team

- Provide guidance on contracts, negotiations, and transaction management
- Lead coaching conversations and promote accountability within the office
- Continue growing your personal production through lead generation and client relationships

Qualifications:
- Superb customer service and communication skills
- The management and leadership skills to successfully guide a team of high-performing real estate agents
- Real estate license required
- Brokers' license or ability to obtain one
- Sales experience
- Proven experience representing buyers and sellers in residential real estate
- Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring abilities
- Self motivated with a collaborative and growth focused mindset
- Passion for helping agents develop successful long term real estate careers
