Desktop Support Technician
Location: Onsite – Burbank, CA 91502
Pay Rate: Up to $29/hr (W2)
Duration: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire
Shift: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
About the Role
:We're seeking an experienced Desktop Support Technician (Level 2) to join a dynamic IT support team in Burbank, CA. This is a full-time onsite role supporting multiple buildings within walking distance of each other. You’ll be providing technical support across Windows and macOS environments and playing a key role in end-user satisfaction. Ideal candidates will have strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication, and experience supporting enterprise environments

Key Responsibilitie
- s:Deliver day-to-day technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripheral hardwar
- e.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows 10/11 and macOS operating system
- s.Install, configure, and update applications and operating system
- s.Provide Level 2/3 support and guidance to junior technicians and end-user
- s.Manage and resolve tickets using tools like ServiceNo
- w.Support various onsite services including equipment deployments, pick-ups, and user move
- s.Assist with project-based assignments requiring elevated technical expertis
- e.Coordinate with other technical teams for escalations and specialized suppor

Required Qualificatio
- ns:3+ years of hands-on desktop support experience in a mid-to-large enterpri
- se.Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and common enterprise too
- ls.Experience with SCCM for patch management and software deployme
- nt.Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNo
