We are looking to hire a full time maintenance director for our skilled nursing facility.
&nbsp;
The Ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Professional attitude and appearance,</li>
<li>Knowledge of hand tools, plumbing, electrical, mechanical systems, fire systems, hvac,</li>
<li>Will be a hands on Manager</li>
<li>Ability to manage staff, budget and vendors</li>
<li>Experience in the Long Term Care setting is a plus</li>
<li>Experience with DPH survey, Life Safety, emergency management.</li>
