Job Summary:
Position Title: Grounds Maintenance
Location: Dallas, TX 75261
Duration: 4 Months
Pay Rate: $15.00/hour
Work Schedule: Any 5 days of the week. 40 hours a week. 7:30 am to 4:00 pm and 3:30 pm to 12:00 am.
Major Responsibility:
Ensures walkway and curbside areas are clean and orderly. Operates the scrubber machine correctly to remove tough stains around curbside areas. Pick up trash and debris in the assigned area throughout your shift. Discard trash in trash receptacles. Continuously walk through assigned areas seeking items on the ground and dispose of them properly. Ensure all signs, benches, and trash cans are clean, wiped down, and emptied as needed.
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

To be considered for this position, you should have:
- Must be able to communicate effectively and understand the English language.
- Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
- Ability to safely operate the scrubbing machine and properly collect and dispose of contaminated water.
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time.
- Works outdoors for extended periods in inclement weather and in conditions containing dust, vehicle emissions, fumes, and noise.
- Works in and around airport terminals and passenger loading areas.
- Exchanges information by telephone and in person.
