Project Coordinator
$55,000 - $65,000 per year


What You’ll Do

  • Managing project workflows in alignment with established company processes and systems
  • Maintaining accurate, real-time documentation across all project files
  • Tracking project progress, identifying gaps, and escalating issues appropriately
  • Coordinating schedules for teams, subcontractors, equipment, and materials
  • Communicating consistently with internal teams, clients, vendors, and insurance partners
  • Monitoring timelines and ensuring all phases meet company standards
  • Supporting cost tracking and ensuring documentation is complete and accurate
  • Ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, and insurance-related requirements
  • Following escalation protocols for delays, discrepancies, or customer concerns
  • Identifying inefficiencies and supporting continuous process improvement
  • Participating in on-call rotation and responding to after-hours needs as assigned

What You Bring

  • A strong ability to follow structured processes and systems without cutting corners
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while staying organized and on track
  • Strong communication and coordination skills across multiple stakeholders
  • Experience in administrative, operations, or project coordination roles (3+ years preferred)
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
  • Experience in restoration, construction, or similar industries is a plus
