Apartment Porter / Groundskeeper
Location: Bradenton, FL
Certified Apartment Staffing is seeking a hardworking and dependable Apartment Porter/Groundskeeper to join a multifamily community in Bradenton, FL. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in keeping a property clean, safe, and presentable and doesn't mind getting their hands dirty.
Responsibilities:
- Pick up trash and debris throughout the community
- Empty trash cans and maintain dumpster and compactor areas
- Clean up pet waste throughout the property
- Sweep sidewalks, breezeways, stairwells, and common areas
- Pick up broken glass and other debris safely
- Assist with keeping the grounds clean and free of hazards
- Report any safety concerns or maintenance issues to management
- Help maintain the overall curb appeal of the community
Qualifications:
- Previous apartment porter, groundskeeper, or janitorial experience is preferred
- Must be dependable and have a strong work ethic
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand, bend, and walk for extended periods
- Must be comfortable handling trash, debris, and pet waste
- Reliable transportation is preferred
