Job DescriptionElectromechanical Systems Validation Technician

Express Employment Professionals – Kalispell, MT (Local Client)

Pay: $25–$35/hour DOE
Schedule: Full-time (day shift – details provided during interview)

A Day in the Life

You arrive to a clean, fast-paced manufacturing floor in Kalispell and power up a newly completed machine. You load the latest firmware, configure communications, and walk through safety checks—EPOs, interlocks, alarms—before running the first test cycle. Reading electrical schematics and P&IDs, you trace a signal, tune a valve, and teach a robot path via the pendant. A minor PLC fault appears; you diagnose it, log the issue, and collaborate with Engineering to resolve it. By afternoon, you’re validating pumps, flow paths, and automation recipes, documenting every result so the system is ready for customer inspection. By day’s end, another machine clears final audit and is ready to ship—safe, compliant, and on spec.

Role Overview

In this hands-on role, you will test and validate complex industrial equipment prior to shipment, ensuring every system meets quality, safety, and customer specifications. You’ll troubleshoot across electrical, mechanical, PLC, software, and automation domains while partnering closely with Engineering and Production.
