Compensation:
$50,000 - $150,000+ yearly
Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their real estate needs are met with care and professionalism.
- Leverage our cutting-edge technology and resources to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Charleston-North Charleston area.
- Guide clients through the buying and selling process, providing expert advice and support at every stage.
- Collaborate with our in-house closing coordinator to ensure seamless transactions and exceptional client experiences.
- Participate actively in our personalized coaching and mentoring programs to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Utilize our top-notch marketing materials to effectively promote listings and attract potential buyers.
- Engage with our supportive community to share insights, strategies, and successes, fostering a collaborative environment for growth and learning.
Qualifications:
- Experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of closing deals and building client relationships.
- Ability to guide clients through the buying and selling process with empathy and professionalism.
- Proven track record of developing and maintaining a robust pipeline of leads.
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with our team on marketing strategies.
- Ability to conduct thorough market analysis and provide clients with accurate property valuations.
- Skill in negotiating offers and contracts, always prioritizing the client's best interests.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with industry trends and technology advancements.
- MUST have a SC Real Estate license.
