No Experience Required! We are seeking a Security Guard to become an integral part of our team. The selected individual will patrol and secure assigned premises as well as identify risks to staff and patrons.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules
- Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security
- Report any facility issues such as fire hazards and leaking water pipes
- Distribution of packages to condos
- Access control into property
Qualifications:
- Must have a valid driver license
- Must be able to obtain and register as a Proprietary Security Guard
- CPR / AED / First Aide training will be required upon hire
- Must be able to pass drug screen and background check
- Ability to handle physical workload (not more than 50 pounds)
- Strong attention to detail
