Job DescriptionThe property consists of two buildings 405 and 409 Wilcox St. There are 3 different entrances to the properties and team members will need to enter all 3 to clean the common area bathrooms and hallways. Can start at 5 pm and the schedule is Monday Wednesday and Friday. This would take about 1.0-1.5 hours per time.
Scope of Work
- Dust side tables, stair railings, etc
- Clean and stock bathrooms
- Vacuum and mop floors
- Order supplies when low and take some products to various spots on the property for future use
Team members must be able to exhibit the following;\

- Have your own transportation.
