Maintenance TechJob OverviewMaintenance Tech plays a crucial role in our production process. Responsible for providing installation and maintenance of industrial equipment. Ensures the smooth operation of machinery and mechanical equipment. Includes installing new equipment, performing preventative maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting equipment breakdowns.Job ResponsibilitiesProficient in Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical equipment/machinery to minimize production delays.Develop SOPs and Train others on equipment usage, specifications, and production line processes.Diagnose and repair all Mechanical, Pneumatic, Electrical, and Hydraulic.Perform the day-to-day routine maintenance of the facility utilizing their maintenance staff in a leadership role.Perform routine preventive maintenance (PM) and communicate techniques to production staff to control downtime.Conduct equipment inspections regularly to ensure proper operation and minimize safety issues.Establish a root cause analysis for all equipment failures to prevent recurrence.Resolve equipment, process, and product problems by utilizing established problem-solving methods and collaborating with team members and vendors.Acquire and maintain a detailed understanding of all relevant processes and equipment.Maintain inventory of equipment, parts, and supplies by checking stock and anticipating needs.Complete and maintain accurate documentation including reports, logs, and charts for tracking maintenance activities.Support the production team to consistently meet output goals.Demonstrate versatility by working proficiently across multiple operational areas.Maintain the facility and surrounding operational areas.Other duties, as assigned.Education Experience Required5+ years work experience in an Industrial Maintenance PositionIn-depth knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems maintenance.Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and regulations.Ability to analyze and interpret technical aspects, pumps, and motors, mechanical systems with a similar degree of complexity.Ability to prepare basic reports and business correspondence.Ability to communicate effectively in written or verbal form.Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information.Ability to lift, carry, and move materials.Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook.Frequently exposed to an office and manufacturing/industrial environment.Ameri-Force BenefitsAs part of the Ameri-Force team, a recognized ESOP company, you have a personal stake in the collective success of the organization, fostering a collaborative and rewarding work environment.
