Compensation: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour (Commensurate with experience)

Dijon North Condominiums is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Porter to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining the curb appeal and overall cleanliness of our community. Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Minor Landscaping: Perform routine upkeep including weeding flower beds, trimming small shrubs, spreading mulch, and ensuring the lawn areas are free of debris.
- Grounds Maintenance: Daily "policing" of the property to pick up litter and ensure common areas are pristine.
- Amenity Care: Sweep and power wash walkways, breezeways, and pool decks as needed.
- Waste Management: Empty common area trash bins and ensure dumpster enclosures are tidy.
- Seasonal Tasks: Assist with seasonal cleanup (leaf removal, light snow clearing, or salt spreading) and basic exterior touch-ups.
- Safety & Reporting: Identify and report any maintenance hazards or property damage to the manager.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in janitorial work or landscaping is preferred but not required.
- Ability to operate basic hand tools and light landscaping equipment (blowers, trimmers, etc.).
- Physical ability to stay on your feet for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in various weather conditions.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
