What You’ll Be Doing

  1. Follow up with inbound buyer and seller leads
  2. Conduct buyer consultations and listing appointments
  3. Show homes and assist clients through the purchase or sale process
  4. Negotiate contracts and manage deals through closing
  5. Build referral business and long-term client relationships
  6. Use CRM technology to manage pipeline and communication
  7. Participate in training, coaching, and team collaboration opportunities

  1. Licensed real estate agents in Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, or New Jersey
  2. Agents seeking more lead flow and better support systems

Qualifications

  1. Active Real Estate License in DE, MD, PA, and/or NJ
  2. Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  3. Ability to manage follow-up and client communication consistently
  4. Familiarity with MLS platforms, CRMs, and transaction processes preferred
  5. Goal-oriented mindset with strong work ethic

Compensation Schedule

  1. Commission-Based Position
  2. Potential Earnings: $60,000 – $200,000+ annually
  3. Performance-based bonus opportunities available
  4. Flexible schedule with weekend availability encouraged
