Technical Project Coordinator (Contract)

Overview

\n

Our client is seeking a Technical Project Coordinator to support the successful delivery of projects throughout the entire project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. This individual will work closely with project managers, business stakeholders, and technical teams to coordinate activities, facilitate communication, track project actions, and ensure alignment across workstreams.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of following technical discussions while accurately capturing key decisions, risks, action items, and next steps.

Key Responsibilities

\n

    \n
  • Coordinate and schedule project meetings across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • \n

  • Document meeting minutes, decisions, action items, and follow-up activities.
  • \n

  • Track and manage project action items to ensure timely completion.
  • \n

  • Confirm stakeholder engagement and participation throughout project activities.
  • \n

  • Maintain project communication trackers and related documentation.
  • \n

  • Help ensure communications are timely, accurate, and aligned across teams and workstreams.
  • \n

  • Support project scope changes and associated documentation.
  • \n

  • Assist in communicating project plans, schedules, and status updates.
  • \n

  • Support project execution, monitoring, and control activities.
  • \n

  • Assist with development and maintenance of project communication plans.
  • \n

  • Support implementation of approved project actions and initiatives.
  • \n

  • Participate in establishing and documenting project deliverables.
  • \n

  • Provide coordination support for project team development and collaboration efforts.
  • \n

  • Partner with technical and business teams to ensure project activities remain organized and on track.
  • \n

Required Qualifications

\n

    \n
  • 2-5 years of project coordination or project support experience.
  • \n

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • \n

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • \n

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to capture and organize key information.
  • \n

  • Ability to follow technical discussions and accurately document:

  • Key discussion points
  • \n

  • Decisions made
  • \n

  • Action items
  • \n

  • Risks and issues
  • \n

  • Next steps
  • \n

  • Experience coordinating with technical teams, subject matter experts, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using Microsoft Project, Planview, or similar project management tools.

  • Prior experience supporting technical, IT, or business transformation projects.

  • Exposure to project management methodologies and project lifecycle management.
  • \n
