Ideal as supplementary income for a licensed agent at any level! Our team has an opening for one part-time, motivated LICENSED real estate sales assistant/agent to learn as they grow. We are a top-producing office in the waterfront condo niche locally, in search of a candidate eager to learn the business by directly assisting the Broker with in-house leads and transactions.

You’ll follow up on existing deals, call back and nurture leads, gather pertinent information from buyers and sellers, coordinate showings, and assist where and when needed. Must move your license to our office, be committed, and be available. You'll start off working alongside our Broker, and the sky is the limit after that. Apply now! A Florida Real Estate License is required.

Compensation:

$25,000 - $50,000 Commission Based Compensation

Responsibilities:

• Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone calls, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate real estate qualified leads
• Put up-to-date information on clients into the database system so agents have the most accurate and current data

• Search properties and coordinate showings

• Other assistant-related activities as needed

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid Real Estate License
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
• Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
