We're a family-owned company that takes care of apartments with
character across Rochester, Syracuse, and Geneva. We're looking for a
skilled, hands-on person to join our maintenance team - someone who's
handy across the trades, dependable, and takes pride in doing a job right.
We are a startup company, rapidly expanding with room to grow.

WHAT YOU'D DO
- Carpentry, plumbing, painting, and electrical repairs
- General building maintenance, cleaning, and repairs
- Installations and small construction projects
- Grounds upkeep, including lawn care and snow removal
- Use hand and power tools safely and well
- Team up on larger projects

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience in one or more trades: electrical, mechanical, or construction
- Good judgment, problem-solving, and a strong work ethic
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors and in all weather
- Reliable and able to work with minimal supervision
- High school diploma or equivalent

THE DETAILS
- Pay: $22-26/hour, based on qualifications
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM (weekends occasionally, for on-call)
- Employment: Full-time / On-Site.
