Financial Data Specialist

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• $22/hr
• Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
ROLE IMPACT
Support insurance and brokerage operations by accurately processing policy and client records across multiple systems. This role is highly data-entry focused and requires strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and the ability to manage approximately 60–70 records per day while maintaining data accuracy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Process and update insurance policy, client, and account records with a high level of accuracy.
• Review insurance quotes and enter policy, commission, and related information into Excel and internal systems.
• Export account data from Salesforce to Excel and maintain supporting documents in SharePoint.
• Verify names, policy values, documents, and other record details before completing transactions.
• Communicate with internal team members and Field Financial Advisors to obtain missing information and resolve record-processing issues.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Strong data entry skills with demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently across multiple computer systems and process repetitive, high-volume work.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and obtain information needed to complete records.

PREFERRED SKILLS
• Previous insurance industry experience.
• Interest in developing a career in insurance operations.
• Ability to learn new systems, processes, and insurance terminology quickly.
