Seeking a experienced Maintenance Technician to maintain and troubleshoot production machinery, support equipment, and facility systems in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and repair production machinery.

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.

Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues.

Repair and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Read and interpret electrical schematics.

Maintain blow molding and auxiliary equipment.

Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize production downtime.

Perform inspections and scheduled maintenance.
-
Maintain accurate maintenance records.
-
Work closely with Production and Process Technicians to resolve equipment issues.

Follow safety procedures and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
-
Previous industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience required.

Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
-
Experience with electrical systems and schematics.
-
Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
-
Experience repairing manufacturing machinery.
-
Ability to work independently and respond to equipment emergencies.

Blow molding or plastics manufacturing experience is a strong advantage.
