Job Description

We have an immediate openings for reliable, trustworthy, and experienced personnel:

BUILDING MAINTENANCE HANDYMAN

Candidates must have some experience in all facets of building trades.
We are looking for a self starter that is comfortable working alone as needed.

All buildings are located in close proximity to each other.

EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE

Requires mechanical skills including servicing and basic repairs of backhoes and grounds maintenance equipment.
Welding experience a plus.

GROUNDS MAINTENANCE

Turf maintenance experierence.
Trimming/Pruning trees and shrubs.
Chain saw experience helpful.

Will provide training as needed. We are looking for self-starters who are comfortable working alone as needed.
