This role operates in a food manufacturing facility that maintains a clean, organized, and well-kept environment. The work involves exposure to production areas that may smell like food and requires occasional work in temperature-extreme zones, including freezers that can reach approximately -40 degrees and oven areas that can exceed 100 degrees, up to around 115 degrees. Shifts are typically 10 hours in length, with core schedules such as 2:00 p.m.–12:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.–7:30 a.m., and may include some holidays when they fall on scheduled workdays, with holiday pay provided. The facility uses a range of industrial production, packaging, and material handling equipment, as well as CMMS and SAP systems for maintenance management. Technicians receive supplied uniforms, and the company store offers discounts on frozen food products. Overtime is not mandatory but is available for those who wish to pick up additional hours.
