Job Description
We’re seeking an Application Analyst to support and enhance Microsoft-based business systems in a fast-paced retail environment.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys application support, training, and continuous improvement across Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 solutions. This is a full-time, exempt position that requires onsite presence and schedule flexibility, including holidays when needed.
What You’ll Do
- Configure, administer, and support Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 Business Central, and related ISV solutions
- Develop clear training materials, documentation, and service delivery guides
- Deliver technical and operational training to diverse user groups
- Manage and evaluate training schedules and effectiveness
- Provide tiered application support, including issue triage, resolution, and vendor escalation
- Monitor service performance and assist with SLA compliance
- Support identity, access management, and authorization policies
- Participate in application lifecycle management, including enhancements and sunset planning
- Contribute to IT continuity, recovery planning, and change control processes
- Collaborate on projects across the full application development lifecycle
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Ability to create and deliver effective technical and end-user training
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience supporting enterprise applications or providing application support
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, Jet Reports
- Familiarity with retail or enterprise systems (POS, inventory, finance, supply chain)
- Experience supporting ISV solutions tied to Dynamics 365
Work Environment
- 100% onsite at the Honolulu corporate office in Kaka'ako (remote work not available)
- One week on-call every 6-7 weeks

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
