Responsibilities:
- Fast-paced leasing results: Convert tours into signed leases
- Engaged residents: Elevate resident satisfaction through high quality, timely service
- Thriving culture: Plan and participate in resident events that build connection and belonging
- Operational excellence: Keep lease files and resident records 100% accurate
- Time mastery: Eliminate wasted time, prioritize what matters, and keep momentum high
- Greet, qualify, and tour prospects with confidence. Turn “maybes” into “yeses”
- Follow up with every lead across phone, email, and online platforms
- Walk your community weekly to stay connected and identify opportunities for improvement
- Respond quickly to resident questions or concerns, resolving issues as quick as possible
- Be a team player who helps foster a culture of positivity and professionalism, setting the standard for resident relationships
Requirements:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish at properties where a significant portion of residents and prospects primarily speak Spanish.
- Ability to walk the property regularly and engage with residents/prospects in person.
- Commitment to fair housing compliance, accuracy in documentation, and excellent time management.
- Leasing or customer service experience is not required, but preferred. However, your drive and attitude are what set you apart.

- Doors open at 10:00 AM and the Job Fair ends at 12:30 PM
- Bring a friend—All job seekers are welcome.
- Prepare a brief but effective “brag” to let the people you meet get to know you.
- Keep an open mind—Meet with as many of the companies as you can; you may be pleasantly surprised at what you find.
