Job DescriptionAn excellent engineering company in Yucaipa, CA is seeking to add to their team.
Position: Quality Technician
Shift: 1st shifts Monday - Friday 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm plus overtime as needed. Pay range: $17.00/hr. to $21.00/hr. Depending on experience.
Summary of duties:
Inspect products using quality plans and various metrologies to ensure all products manufactured comply with the requirements outlined in the quality control plan before moving the product to the next operation.
- Operation of measuring instruments and equipment for inspection of product (i.e., TESA, OGP, pin gages, drop gages, concentricity gages).
- Understands calibration/verification of measuring instruments.
- Verify conformance of product in accordance with Quality Plans (i.e., using visual inspection techniques, microscopes, micrometers, automated measuring instruments).
- Reads and interprets drawings
Must clear background check and drug screen.
