Maintenance Supervisor

- $95,000 - $110,000 + Bonus
- 1st Shift or 2nd Shift Available

We're recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join a fast-paced food manufacturing facility in Mount Royal, NJ.
This is an excellent opportunity to lead a maintenance team, improve equipment reliability, drive preventative maintenance, and support continuous improvement within a highly automated production environment.
What You'll Do:
- Lead, coach and develop a team of maintenance technicians
- Coordinate daily maintenance activities and prioritize work orders
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and automated production equipment
- Drive preventative maintenance compliance and equipment reliability
- Monitor maintenance KPIs and reduce downtime through continuous improvement
- Partner with Production, Engineering and Quality to maximise plant performance
- Support root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Assist with PLC and controls troubleshooting
- Maintain CMMS records, work orders and maintenance documentation
- Promote a strong culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement
What We're Looking For:
- Previous maintenance leadership experience within manufacturing
- Strong electrical troubleshooting skills
- Experience managing preventative and reactive maintenance programs
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
- Experience leading maintenance priorities in a production environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience supporting highly automated production equipment
