Job DescriptionMS-IL Staffing & Packaging, and its local client, are NOW HIRING a 2nd shift Custodian in the Lebanon, Indiana, area! Position: Facility Custodian Pay: $22.00 / hour Shift: 2nd shift, 4:00pm-12:30am, Sunday to Thursday Location: Lebanon IN Job Summary Every employee serves as a custodian first. We work together to maintain clean, safe, and welcoming facilities while living our core values of Safety, Sustainability, Social Impact, and Awesomeness. Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, offices, and common areas.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors.
- Restock soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and other supplies.
- Empty trash and maintain facility cleanliness.
- Report safety hazards and maintenance issues.
- Provide friendly service to employees, visitors, and team members.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- At least 1 year of janitorial or cleaning experience is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of cleaning equipment and safety procedures.
Physical Requirements:
- Stand and walk throughout the shift.
- Frequently lift, carry, push, or pull up to 25 lbs.; occasionally up to 35 lbs.
- Bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks.
- Work in varying temperatures and around approved cleaning chemicals.
- Operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
