DUTIES
<ul>
<li>Provide excellent customer service</li>
<li>Sweep and mop floors</li>
<li>Empty trash, sweep, and clean surfaces</li>
<li>Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors</li>
<li>Clean and service restrooms with mops and disinfectants</li>
<li>Dust furniture and use cleaning solutions to remove stains and clean surfaces</li>
<li>Complete other general cleaning assignments required of a janitorial maintenance crew member</li>
</ul>
QUALIFICATIONS
<ul>
<li>Must be a minimum of 18 years of age</li>
<li>Must be able to pass a Federal Background Check</li>
<li>Must possess janitorial maintenance skills or desire to learn janitorial maintenance skills</li>
<li>Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 pounds independently</li>
<li>Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time</li>
