Summary:
The Property Manager is responsible for the overall management and daily operations of multiple assigned residential communities, including Bear Arbor Apartments, Lakewood Village Apartments, Bristol Apartments,and additional properties. This role oversees all aspects of community operations, with a strong focus on operational excellence, financial performance, resident satisfaction, property maintenance, and team leadership. The Property Manager ensures each community operates efficiently, maintains high standards, achieves financial objectives, and provides an exceptional living experience for residents.
