Job DescriptionJob Summary We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 10+ years of expertise to lead and co-lead enterprise procurement and sourcing platform implementations across client environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Source-to-Pay (S2P) transformations, ERP integrations, stakeholder management, and global deployment projects. This role requires managing cross-functional teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget. Key Responsibilities Lea d or co-lead enterprise sourcing platform implementation projects at client sites. Manage the full project lifecycle including planning, execution, monitoring, governance, and delivery. Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, implementation partners, and vendors. Drive procurement transformation initiatives focused on Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes. Oversee ERP integration activities with procurement and sourcing platforms. Facilitate governance meetings, executive reporting, risk management, and issue resolution. Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, dependencies, and resource allocation. Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical implementation. Support global and multi-region deployments across distributed teams. Provide regular communication and presentations to executive leadership and stakehol ders. Required Qualifications B achelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field. 10+ years of project management experience. Proven experience leading procurement or sourcing platform implementations. Hands-on experience with one or more platforms: SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle Procurement Cloud, Ivalua. Strong understanding of Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes. Experience integrating procurement platforms with ERP systems. Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies. Demonstrated expertise in project governance, risk management, and change management. Excellent stakeholder, vendor, and cross-functional team management skills. Experience managing global or multi-region implementations. Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills. Preferred Qualifications PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certification. Experience in automotive, manufacturing, or technology industries. Familiarity with digital procurement transformation initia tives.
