You will partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate workflows, lead continuous improvement initiatives, utilize data-driven problem-solving methodologies, and support lean manufacturing practices to drive sustainable results across the organization. Role & Responsibility:Tasks That Will Lead to Your Success
- Lead and execute continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies like Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma
- Analyze current processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and waste
- Facilitate root cause analysis using tools such as Fishbone diagrams and 5 Whys
- Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Drive projects to improve KPIs such as cycle time, yield, scrap, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, quality, maintenance, supply chain)
- Standardize processes and ensure documentation is updated (SOPs, work instructions)
- Train employees in continuous improvement tools and methodologies Support audits and compliance initiatives
- Monitor and report on improvement project results
Skills & ExperienceQualifications That Will Help You Thrive
- Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement principles
- Experience with data analysis and problem-solving tools
- Proficiency with Excel and/or data visualization tools
- Process mapping experience (e.g., Value Stream Mapping)
- Change management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to influence and lead without direct authority
- Problem-solving and root cause analysis
- Leadership and influence without authority
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related field)
- 2–5+ years of experience in manufacturing or process improvement roles
Education & Experience Preferred
- Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt)
- Experience with ERP or MES
- Familiarity with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
- Project management experience
