You will partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate workflows, lead continuous improvement initiatives, utilize data-driven problem-solving methodologies, and support lean manufacturing practices to drive sustainable results across the organization. Role & Responsibility:Tasks That Will Lead to Your Success

  • Lead and execute continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies like Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma
  • Analyze current processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and waste
  • Facilitate root cause analysis using tools such as Fishbone diagrams and 5 Whys
  • Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
  • Drive projects to improve KPIs such as cycle time, yield, scrap, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, quality, maintenance, supply chain)
  • Standardize processes and ensure documentation is updated (SOPs, work instructions)
  • Train employees in continuous improvement tools and methodologies Support audits and compliance initiatives
  • Monitor and report on improvement project results

Skills & ExperienceQualifications That Will Help You Thrive

  • Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement principles
  • Experience with data analysis and problem-solving tools
  • Proficiency with Excel and/or data visualization tools
  • Process mapping experience (e.g., Value Stream Mapping)
  • Change management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to influence and lead without direct authority
  • Problem-solving and root cause analysis
  • Leadership and influence without authority
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related field)
  • 2–5+ years of experience in manufacturing or process improvement roles

Education & Experience Preferred

  • Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt)
  • Experience with ERP or MES
  • Familiarity with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
  • Project management experience
