Job Summary

We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Media, PA. This role is ideal for an experienced facilities maintenance professional who enjoys leading technicians, coordinating repairs, improving building systems, and keeping facilities operating safely and efficiently.

The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee daily maintenance department operations, manage preventive maintenance programs, coordinate contractors and vendors, and provide technical guidance on building repairs, renovations, and facility improvement projects. Key Responsibilities

- Supervise an in-house team of maintenance technicians, including scheduling, assigning work, monitoring completion, and ensuring quality standards are met.
- Develop, manage, and improve preventive maintenance schedules and procedures for facilities, equipment, and major building systems.
- Coordinate installation, repair, and maintenance of facilities, machinery, mechanical systems, electrical systems, plumbing systems, and related equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections and safety checks to identify maintenance needs, repair priorities, and compliance concerns.
- Manage work orders, maintenance inventory, supplies, equipment, vendor relationships, and contractor activity.
- Support building improvement and renovation projects by reviewing design documentation, attending progress meetings, and providing technical input.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay rate: $24 to $25 per hour.
