What You'll Be Doing
- Perform preventative maintenance to maximize equipment uptime and production efficiency
- Troubleshoot and repair production equipment as needed
- Maintain spray booth equipment and robotic spray gun systems
- Work with operators to identify and resolve equipment issues
- Help reduce downtime through effective troubleshooting and preventative maintenance practices
- Support facility improvement and expansion projects
- Assist with maintaining and inspecting safety equipment and systems
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
- Support additional maintenance projects and responsibilities as assigned
What We're Looking For
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
- Valid driver's license required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in automotive manufacturing or production environments
- Knowledge of robotics, automated equipment, or automotive paint processes
- Building maintenance or industrial maintenance experience
- Experience with preventative maintenance systems
- Technical education or training related to maintenance, robotics, or manufacturing
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
