We’re looking for experienced, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Leasing Consultants to join our team and help lease beautiful apartment communities throughout Austin and the surrounding areas!

WEEKEND AVAILABILITY PREFERRED!
Weekends are when apartment leasing shines! If you’re flexible and ready to help future residents find their next home, we want to hear from you!
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- At least 6 months of apartment leasing or related experience required
- Knowledge of Fair Housing laws
- Familiarity with property management software such as YARDI, MRI, Onesite, ResMan, or similar systems is a PLUS!
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- A team player who can also work independently
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a PLUS! Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply!
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Welcome residents, prospective residents, and team members with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Respond to internet leads, answer prospect calls, conduct property tours, and showcase community amenities.
- Inspect apartments to ensure units are move-in ready.
- Review resident files and ensure all required documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Help create an outstanding leasing experience from the first hello to move-in day!
