Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians to join a growing manufacturing team in Fostoria, OH. The ideal candidate will have 2-5+ years of industrial maintenance experience and be comfortable troubleshooting equipment issues, performing repairs, and completing preventive maintenance independently.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns in a fast-paced production environment
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment
- Work with motors, drives, pneumatic systems, and hydraulic systems
- Complete basic PLC troubleshooting
- Read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics
- Perform mechanical repairs including bearings, chains, and belts
- Conduct basic electrical troubleshooting on switches, motors, and sensors
- Maintain a safe and efficient work environment
Qualifications
- 2-5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
- Knowledge of motors, drives, hydraulics, and pneumatics
- Basic PLC troubleshooting experience
- Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
